good 'n planty

Once I've acquired gifts for every last nephew, sister and friend, I know I'm not quite ready for Christmas until I've got everything wrapped and ready to go.

But not only do I loathe tacky Christmas paper (and storing it all year long), there are plenty of other creative way to wrap presents thoughtfully with recycled materials. Here's a post I did last year on the same topic, but I found some fresh suggestions as well:

My favorite (but most time consuming) recycled gift idea last year was little bowl and lid I made to hold the present I was giving (a tiny ornament). I liked the idea of the container being part of the present. I don't have a tutorial for this but this site has a pretty similar project with tutorial.
